Key Responsibilities :
Lead the creation, analysis, and communication of sales and cost of sales forecasts for the Residential business.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to integrate market trends, product pricing, and distribution plans into monthly forecasts.
Conduct pricing analysis for products and product groups to optimize sales and gross profit.
Evaluate ROI for Residential Trade and Volume Discount programs and design new initiatives to improve ROI.
Collaborate with teams to analyze new product launches, improving margins across segments and channels.
Optimize pricing for Clearance and Obsolete inventory sales.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred) or Accounting, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
5 years of leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience in Retail Brand and / or CPG, particularly in Sales Finance.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
