Description: We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Franklin, TN office. This position will partner with the HR Manager to manage employee relations, employee development, talent management, organizational development functions, and day-to-day HR operations and procedures in a multi-state environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace. Must be willing to come onsite 1 day a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee HRIS systems and reporting.
- Support policy development, compliance, and employee relations investigations.
- Develop training materials and address employee inquiries.
- Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently/collaboratively.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
