Your Impact
Strategize & Execute Product Campaigns
- Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to product-specific and regional growth objectives.
- Leverage multi-channel outreach to connect with diverse audiences and drive measurable impact.
- Collaborate with product sales teams to deliver targeted, high-conversion marketing assets.
Lead Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Research market conditions, member behavior, and industry shifts to craft compelling product positioning.
- Identify key differentiators and member pain points to develop messaging that stands out in a competitive space.
Oversee Product Lifecycle Marketing
- Plan and manage the marketing approach for new product rollouts, feature upgrades, and sunsetting of older offerings.
- Partner with internal teams to align on product roadmaps and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
Champion Brand Voice & Messaging
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all product-related messaging aligns with our identity as a modern, community-first credit union.
- Develop and distribute promotional content and campaign materials that maintain consistency and impact.
Measure, Analyze & Optimize
- Track the success of campaigns using performance metrics and member engagement data.

What You'll Bring
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
Experience:
