Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree in a business or technical degree program required.
Qualifications:
At least five years in an administrative support role; strong customer service skills; exceptional detail orientation and follow up; above average organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel; ability to handle confidential and sensitive material; ability to conduct presentations
Experience: Must have min. 5 years payroll and benefits administration experience. Must have Ultipro software experience. Onboarding experience prefered.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as first point of customer contact for bi-weekly payroll, benefit and onboarding needs.
- Completes timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, reviews and coordinates approval of timecards with departmental supervisors, and prepares bi-weekly payroll file in coordination with Home Office Payroll.
- Coordinates new hire and annual benefit enrollment and answers benefit questions.
- Conducts verifications of employment and assists with training on Ultipro, including resetting of passwords.
- Coordinates and prepares materials and presents benefit information for bi-weekly New Partner Orientation.
- Serves as recruitment backup and assists with benefits questions and enrollments as needed.
- Conducts New Partner Orientation
- Conducts pre-employment processing of all new hires. Ensures accurate completion of requirements through use of quality checklist.
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
