This FT position will work Tues - Saturday 3p-11:30p
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for making rounds to ensure the community is secure cleaning wheelchairs, stairwells, and other areas occasionally painting and doing drywall and related upkeep
- General maintenance to ensure a safe and operationally sound community daily newspaper delivery making time sensitive runs for the health center if needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
- Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
