Description

The Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding and accounts payable processes, as well as excellent project management skills. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new Mid-Market clients through the implementation and adoption of our accounts payable software, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

What You'll Do

  • Client Onboarding : Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Mid Market clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to full product implementation.
  • Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding phase, providing expert guidance, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Customization and Configuration : Work with clients to understand their unique needs and configure Ottimate’s solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Training and Support : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, providing hands-on guidance on software features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Project Management : Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure that all onboarding milestones are completed within the appropriate time frame.
  • Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, client interactions, and project outcomes.
  • Change Management : Assist clients in managing organizational change related to the adoption of new technologies and processes.

What You'll Need

  • 2-4 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Mid Market business needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively convey complex information.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
