Leading Freight Forwarder in the Ontario area is seeking a Freight Forwarding Account Manager to join their growing branch! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Logistics / Transportation looking to learn more about sales / account management.
Full Time : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Salary : 55K-70K Base
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service to internal / external clients via phone / email while serving as the first point of contact for the company
- Present company services to potential clients while meeting / exceeding sales goals
- Calculate accurate rates / quotes while ensuring the customers needs are met
- Prepare customer agreements / contracts
- Accurately utilizing the company database to maintain / update customer accounts
- Transfer invoice data into local systems while accurately prorating the revenue based on contracts / agreements
- Compile and maintain customer account records
- Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
