Driver
OTTO’s opportunity:
Our Driver will deliver and pick-up goods at various OTTO vendors along with shuttling parts to and from the various OTTO facilities. Perform various warehousing/receiving duties. Assist Stockroom / Warehouse Manager as directed.
Specifically, the Driver will:
- Deliver and pickup parts from various vendors
- Shuttle parts to/from various OTTO facilities
- Generate documentation for shipments to vendors
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate forklift
- Receiving duties/Inventory control
- Perform various warehouse functions as needed
- Report any maintenance issues on delivery van
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of lifting 80 lbs. with assistance as necessary
- Basic computer skills
- Availability for non-standard or extended work schedule
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the operation of a fork truck/reach truck

The hiring range listed in this posting is what we, in good faith, anticipate relying on when confirming an hourly rate for this position; exceptions may be considered for highly experienced candidates with multiple years of at-level experience.
- Target hourly hiring range: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
- Profit Sharing Bonus - OTTO believes that it’s fair to share the profits that the employees help to make; profit sharing is distributed to employees twice a year. OTTO’s profit sharing plan is paid at the discretion of the company and is not a guaranteed bonus or any part of a compensation plan.
- Vacation: five days after 30 days of employment and 80 hours at 1 year - vacation time is earned on the anniversary date.
