Job Summary:

Operations & Process Analyst is responsible for conducting research, analyze, and recommend improvements to operational workflows, thereby enhancing efficiency and ensuring alignment with our Customization’s strategic goals. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—particularly in Operations, and Sales—to identify bottlenecks and streamline existing processes. The ideal candidate has proven experience in operations analysis, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively drives continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational analysis, ERP/WMS projects, or a similar function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Skilled in process mapping tools for visualizing and optimizing workflows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Center, Microsoft NAV, WMS, and Power BI is a plus.

Analytical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of extracting insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in Ops & Process consulting is highly desired.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry.
  • ERP implementation or system migration experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software is helpful.

  • Office-based position.

Essential Job Functions:

Operation Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of current business processes, employing data gathering, process mapping, and other workflow analysis techniques.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct end-to-end process evaluations for our operation, identifying bottlenecks, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across departments.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage data from multiple sources (e.g., Microsoft NAV, HubSpot) to create or refine reports that guide decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Cost & Budget Analysis

  • Perform cost and budget analyses across various categories (product, service, freight, etc.) to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Identify cost drivers and collaborate with relevant teams—such as Finance and Operations—to implement cost-saving strategies.

Workforce Productivity Evaluation

  • Assist department managers in establishing departmental KPIs and track results for optimization opportunities
  • Assist department managers in assessing team and individual personnel performance, using data-driven methods to measure productivity and identify the lack thereof

ERP & WMS Integration

  • Support ongoing ERP implementation and integration projects, ensuring operational workflows align with system capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and vendors to map business requirements and ensure seamless data and process flows.
  • Leverage WMS data and capabilities to analyze warehouse operations and optimize storage, picking, and inventory movement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various teams (Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements, integrate improvements, and drive process change.
  • Assist in identifying data and metrics needs for analytics projects, supporting the resolution of complex business challenges.

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively pinpoint issues and opportunities, conducting root cause analysis and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and provide ongoing assistance to ensure business continuity and enhancements across the Customization unit.

Process & Data Integrity

  • Maintain robust data quality standards and uphold process integrity across different systems.
  • Explore and integrate new tools or technologies to further improve efficiency and scalability within the Customization Team’s operations.
