Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our busy Portsmouth location. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain operational standards for quality and service.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and food quality.
- Address customer feedback and concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze sales trends and implement initiatives to increase revenue.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.

- Proficiency in restaurant management software, Toast POS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
