Qualifications:
Educational Leadership: Proven experience as an effective educational leader, with a focus on improving student achievement and fostering a positive school culture. Experience in elementary education (Grades K-5) preferred.
Special Education Knowledge: Strong understanding of special education services, laws, and best practices for student with disabilities. Experience working with students with diverse needs and ensuring compliance with IEPs.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and the broader community. Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust with all stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and oversee complex school operations efficiently.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve student outcomes. Strong decision-making skills that are informed by research and best practices.
