Job Title: Patient Flow Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced registered nurse to manage patient flow and provide leadership in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in emergency room settings and excellent critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient movement through the medical facility
- Resolve conflicts and provide guidance in emergency situations
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State
- Five (5) years of RN experience
- Three (3) years or more as Charge RN
- Experience in ER or ICU
