How you’ll contribute
As a patient services representative, you will facilitate the patient referral process and obtain appropriate pre-certifications as requested by the provider(s). Additional responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and managing telephones and messages.
- Collecting and posting co-pays, deductibles and past due patient balances at the time of service.

Qualifications and requirements
Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) – Preferred
Minimum Work Experience:
- 2 years Medical Office experience Preferred
- Experience with Medical Referrals Preferred
