As a Registered Nurse House Supervisor, you will oversee the flow of patients within the hospital, ensuring efficient management from emergency to inpatient care and eventual discharge.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of patients throughout the hospital, from the Emergency Department to inpatient care and discharge.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of patients within the hospital, ensuring efficient management from emergency to inpatient care and eventual discharge.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and hospital operations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required.
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
- Five (5) years of RN experience, with at least three (3) years as Charge RN.
- Experience in ER or ICU preferred.
