  • Patient Population - Primarily Adults
  • 36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated

  • MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED
  • Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult)
  • Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates
  • Titers must be completed from the last 12 months
  • 1-2 years of experience required
  • Float Requirements : may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility
