Job Summary:
The Enrollment Coach will have a passion for education and helping people achieve their personal and career objectives. The successful candidate will have a recruiting, customer service, or sales background with a desire to assist potential students in discovering a pathway for educational success. They will be able to build relationships over the phone, share an online program's unique value with prospective students, and work with students from initial interest through enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative approach to assisting prospective students through application and admissions
- Conduct individual consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals, program fit, and eligibility for admission
- Explain program details, course curriculum, graduation requirements, and career pathways.
- Answer inquiries about financial aid, scholarships, and payment plans.
- Assist with application completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Use the database to track student progress and any communication with students
- Achieve daily metrics surrounding number of calls per day, speed to lead metrics, talk time per day, number of applications per day as set by their manager
- Willingness to learn the OUES engagement process with prospective students that aligns with OU objectives
- Team orientation to participate in meetings related to performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-2 years professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, preferred
Additional Skills/Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and proactive
- Ability to establish relationships with prospective students over phone, text and email
- Presentation skills necessary to lead webinars and in-person meetings to share information with prospective students regarding program and OU
- Good attitude, positive mindset, and commitment to the OUES values

Salary : $48,000 - $53,000
