Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. The HR Assistant will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including employee record keeping, recruitment support, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including job boards and the company website, ensuring broad visibility to attract top talent
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications to effectively identify high-potential candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and facilitate phone screens, and interviews between candidate and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient scheduling process.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring journey
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
- Provide ongoing support for workplace operations
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications : Education :
Required : High School Diploma or currently in a bachelor's degree program
