OUCU Financial is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Account Specialist. The Business Account Specialist is responsible for all business account openings and cross-selling products and services, as well as making referrals to our Commercial Lender, Mortgage Department, Tax, and Financial Planning Departments. As the focal point of business members' relationship with the credit union, the successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with prospective and current business members and represent OUCU Financial in a positive and professional manner. Duties include:
- Opening all business and trust deposit accounts. Knowledgeable about business structures and what is required for account opening.
- Responsible for all maintenance requests for business accounts, including changing or removing signers, adding accounts, ordering checks and debit cards, etc.
- Actively and enthusiastically cross-sells credit union business deposit services and loan products.
- Responds to member inquires regarding the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, etc.
- Assists with complaint resolution.

The pay for this position starts at $17.65 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.
Requirements:Associate's degree in business or equivalent education and experience.
A minimum of two years' experience in financial services or a similar environment.
Experience and knowledge of credit union products and services, lending process, and basic knowledge of corporate filings preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
