As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our Logan branch. You'll greet and assist members in the Logan branch by creating a warm, welcoming environment, guiding the member, and ensuring a great member experience.

The pay for this position starts at $15.41 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.
Duties Include :
- Meets and greets members as first point of contact upon arrival and final point upon departure. Determines the needs of the member and resolves or directs to appropriate staff member as needed.
- Offers suggestions on products and services; refers members to the appropriate staff or department. Schedules appointments as necessary.
- Provides members with appropriate paperwork to initiate account opening, loans, certificates, and other products and services.
- Educates and demonstrates electronic delivery methods to show alternative resources to meet the member's needs.
- Opens and closes the lobby ensuring that housekeeping, advertising, displays, and other front office aesthetics are in order, creating a welcoming environment for members.
- Assists with member events and promotions that take place in the lobby.
