Electro – Mechanical Assembler
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with power tools, electrical systems, fabrication, logic controllers, electrical wiring, calipers, and machining,
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Perform electrical wiring and connections
- Use calipers for precise measurements
- Conduct machining operations as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or related field
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with calipers for measurements
Schedule:
Our normal schedule is Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm. We are currently working 10 hour shifts 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday with an option to come in on Saturdays from 6:00am – 12:00pm.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be open to working overtime & possible Saturday mornings until the main project is completed.
- Flexible to learn and work in other roles
We manufacture palletizers, depals and conveying systems & their upgrade / replacement parts as well as providing field service work for maintenance and installs for the packaging and bottling industry. We have been in business for over 50 years and have manufactured 518 machines and are currently in the process of our 519th machine.
