Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Provide direction, strategic planning and management of the recruitment team to ensure collection goals, performance expectations, and departmental objectives are met.
Qualifications
Provide direction, strategic planning and management of the recruitment team to ensure collection goals, performance expectations, and departmental objectives are met. Directly responsible for Donor Recruitment performance to goal and recruitment metrics. Assures compliance and assists in developing calendar guidelines. Responsible for building the annual collections calendar to meet expected goals while balancing OBI resources for efficiencies. Provide in field observation, coaching and leadership for recruitment staff. Identify growth opportunities through account development strategies and market segmentation. Ensure efficient mobile collections through collaborative efforts with management and other departments. Maintain brand integrity in recruitment efforts. Ensure account consultants and account managers have adequate training, tools and resources. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years directly related work experience with a blood center
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Public speaking/presentation experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
