Consumer Lending Specialist
As a Consumer Lending Specialist, you will work one-on-one with members to perform loan interviews in an effort to assist them with their financial needs.

Your day may include:
- Responding to member loan requests and obtaining relevant information
- Preparing documents as required for securing loans
- Providing information about OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
- Loan servicing, including loan payments, payoffs, skip payments and payroll changes
- Assisting the Director of Lending with related duties as requested
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Member/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bonus points if you have previous financial institution and/or lending experience! Looking for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role!
