As a Computer Repair/Technical Services Lead in Greenville, SC you will be responsible for leading a team of Computer Technicians. This team focuses on computer repairs.
Hours: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Supervise the daily workflow of designated team members, training and appraising employees toward successful performance
- Research and propose new processes or projects for the team, implementing upon approval
- Complete and guide teammates through computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
- Communicate team supply needs for parts and tools necessary to complete repairs
- Cross train teammates in Production to assist as business dictates
- Present relevant work updates and data to Technical Services Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Supervisor
Supervisor Duties:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department
- Oversee the daily workflow of the team
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and procedure
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma and minimum two years relevant experience required
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Certifications, or the ability to obtain, if required
- HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Dell, and/or Apple Certification
