Vivacity Tech is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics to drive online sales and improve the customer experience. This role requires expertise in product listing management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and customer journey optimization.
This position is in Greenville, SC. You must be located in the Greenville, SC area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platform.
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, including product listings, navigation, and checkout processes.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers for improvements.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images to maximize visibility and sales.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and optimize PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement email marketing, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Track and analyze key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, cart abandonment, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on website pages, pricing, and promotions to enhance performance.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve user experience and sales growth.
- Optimize customer journey from site entry to post-purchase experience.
- Work with customer service to address inquiries, returns, and reviews.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Create and manage punchout integrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to work independently
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, ecommerce, related field or combination of education and experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role
- Relevant experience in B2B or DTC ecommerce
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development practices

- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Less than 10% travel
