What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate position at our company?
Vivacity is looking for an Operations Associate at our Thornton, CO location who will assist with day to day processing of Vivacity’s pre-deployment process. This role will be expected to provide exceptional service in device teardowns, parts, white gloving, shipping and receiving, green boxing, case applications, asset tagging, screen applications, and empower repairs. Operation Associates will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth and efficient process across multiple functions.
This is a Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm, 1st shift schedule

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
- Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
- Complete orders with services that include, but not limited to pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, and green boxing
- Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to purchase orders
- Ensure cleanliness of work environment, and equipment are functioning and properly maintained
- Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as business dictates
- Uphold safety standards in respective work environments
- Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred
Additional Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to operate job-related machinery
- Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
