While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Conceptualize and design new products from ideation to final production.
- Develop and maintain CAD models and detailed drawings for manufacturing.
- Select suitable materials and manufacturing processes for each product.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet customer needs and production capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new designs.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of product designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve product designs for performance, cost, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Autodesk Inventor).
Additional Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Less than 10% travel
