Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the company's financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior management to interpret financial data, evaluate performance, and assist in the development of financial plans.

This is a hybrid position in Greenville, SC. You must be located in the Greenville, SC area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support executive decision-making.
• Present financial insights and analysis to senior leadership to guide strategic initiatives.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to the budgeting process, working with department heads to hold accountability for accurate and achievable financial plans.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to support long-term strategic planning and capital investment decisions.
• Provide actionable insights into financial data, helping departments optimize their performance.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential outcomes and risks in business strategies.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Monitor and optimize company expenses to improve profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including department heads, executives, and external auditors.
• Support decision-makers with timely and accurate financial data and analysis.
• Recommend and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting standards, and financial best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 
• 2-5 years direct experience in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency with financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance
