T2 CSFM: Pre-Roll Supervisor

Job Description:

The Pre-roll Supervisor is responsible and dedicated to being a respectful team player with excellent attendance and reliability while operating a machine and supervising a team. Main duties will include but not be limited to accurately setting up, operating, maintaining and diagnosing repair needs; maintaining machines includes vendor scheduled maintenance. Responsible for supervising a team of pre-roll production technicians, keeping a clean environment, inventory counts/verifications, team member training, along with all Production Technician duties.

Core Responsibilities:

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Set up and operate manual to automatic pre-roll machines and lines
• Supervisor a team of Production Technicians
• Meet production and packaging goals set daily/weekly
• Responsible for maintaining all equipment used in good working condition
• Schedule regular vendor maintenance and repairs
• Report any equipment, product, health, and safety issues to leadership
• Ensure product is manufactured, packaged and labeled accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Ensure that assigned areas and equipment are clean and always sanitized
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and the highest standard of compliance
• Record all packaging and production activity as directed to ensure all activities are accounted for such as quantity of product and batch processing, cleaning, etc.
• End of Month inventory counts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain, and maintain, a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements. ?
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Cannabis Machine and Manufacturing experience preferred
