What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Specialist position at Our Family Home Care?
Supports disabled, injured or elderly clients in their homes. Their duties include providing assistance with getting dressed, eating and bathing, as well as general household duties such as cleaning or running errands.
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene
- Performing general cleaning duties
- Assisting with eating
- Administering medication if required
- Completing physical exercises with clients
- Maintaining strict health and safety standards
- Taking clients to appointments and providing social support
- Keeping records and reporting visits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
