General Summary:
The Vice President of Broadband Services is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of all network operations for a growing Internet Service Provider (ISP). This role ensures the delivery of reliable, high-performance broadband, telephone, and commercial connectivity services to residential and business customers. The VP leads the Network Engineering, Central Office Operations, and Field Operations teams.
Job Duties:
The VP of Broadband Services is accountable for the overall design, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's fiber network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in network operations with strategic vision to optimize network performance, manage large-scale network projects, and ensure scalability to support future growth. The VP collaborates closely with senior leadership to align network initiatives with the companys business objectives and provides guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in broadband services.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience with Arista, Calix, and Netsapiens preferred.

Compensation:
$130,000 to $160,000 per Year
