What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager/Administrator position at Our Home at Beacon Hill?
Seeking a reliable and motivated self-starter to manage day to day operations and coordinate residential care for medium-sized assisted living. Assist with everyday operations for the care of community working with care providers to meet the healthcare needs of the residents. Innovative and organized problem solver that is comfortable with healthcare setting and situations. Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously as this position also provides direct patient care. Ideal for someone looking to grow in their career. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in healthcare setting with experience coordinating care preferred. On-the-job training, Medication Technician training and CORE training/licensing will be provided.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
