What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at Our Home Fairborn Senior Living?
- Coordinate and manage business office functions, including employee safety, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service.
- Oversee reception activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of billings to appropriate reimbursement from private payers.
- Monthly reconciliation of petty cash & company credit card.
- Answer family inquiries regarding billing for services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the home office.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers/leaders.
- Maintain personnel files, coordinating new hire onboarding by ensuring that required paperwork and physical, background check, drug test, TB Mantoux have been successfully completed.
- Assists with enrollments, changes, inquiries, and terminations of all benefits. Coordinates changes with Payroll for accuracy.
- Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
- Oversee exit interviews and procedures.
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
