Our Home is looking to grow our loyal and driven team and are currently seeking a boxer to join our team of manufacturing professionals on third shift. Our boxer's typical schedule will work Monday - Friday 7AM - 3 : 30PM. The main responsibility of the boxer is to assemble and move boxes and pallets from one area of the production room to another as needed throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Bring boxes and pallets prior to production and as needed throughout the day from warehouse to packing room.
- Assemble cases confirming correct box used.
- Run boxes through taping machine.
- Monitor code and quality of print on boxes assuring correct information is showing.
- Place boxes on pallet assuring proper count is on each pallet.
- Record time of each pallet and remove from packing room to the warehouse.
- Help maintain clean working area.
- Assist with relieving with break schedules.
- Remove trash and place it in proper container, weight the bucket and dump it.
- Assist in blow down and cleaning during change over.
- Help lead person lift heavy rolls of film if he need it.
- Assist in cleanup and sanitization at end of week cleanup.
- Perform any other duties as directed by Lead Person and Supervisor.
