Our House Children's Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking Part-time and Full-time Assistant Teachers and Floaters in all age groups!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, the ability to pass all background checks and have previous childcare experience. CDA highly preferred!
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, various shifts available:
2:30pm-6:00pm, 11:30am-6:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm
Compensation: $13-$16/hr., based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
