Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Create a structured daily schedule that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest time
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting roles
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for children
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
