Our Lady of Hope is a nonprofit, nondenominational senior care community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, located in Richmond's' upper West End. It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for each resident through personalized attention and senior services. Our Lady of Hope is currently seeking a caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses. For full time employees we offer health, dental, and vision, free Life Insurance/ADD/LTD, years of service bonus equal to 5% of gross income, annual wage increases, paid holidays, sick and vacation. We are looking for 2 LPNs to join our team!
7a - 3p: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY
11p - 7a: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY

Core functions on the job include but are not limited to:
- Administered routine and PRN medications via all routes
- Supervised and directed C.N.A. staff
- Performed all respiratory treatments, wound/incision care, catheter care
- Completed thorough assessments, vital signs and care received
- Documentation of Nursing weekly summaries, Medicare skilled list charting, acute charting
- Care plans
- Admissions and Discharges
- Assisted the CNAs as needed
- Notified the Dr./NP of any changes
- Filled out incident reports
