Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School (OLLIS) in Columbia, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Learning Specialist for the 2025-2026 academic year. OLLIS is a vibrant K-8 Catholic school, serving approximately 635 students, with a commitment to providing individualized support to students with diagnosed academic needs in a faith-filled and academically rigorous environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support the implementation of accommodations and modifications for students with identified academic needs.- Develop and oversee individualized learning plans (ILPs) tailored to student-specific diagnoses.
Provide direct instruction in push-in, small groups, or one-on-one settings to address students’ unique learning challenges.
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school administration to ensure student success.
