Certification Details BLS required State licensure CNOR Job Details Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required. Master's Degree in Nursing and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred Perioperative Educator is responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members, as well as ensuring annual and ongoing education is conducted for all team members. Assist with orientation calendars and monitoring progress; regular rounding with new team members and preceptors to track progress. Assist with performing quality audits and creating education resources for gaps in practice. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred Additional Details Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted for MMR. Fit Test must be completed within 1 year prior to start, updated annually. Proof of 3 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted for Hepatitis B. Proof of vaccine required from October - March for Influenza - Only medical/religious exemptions accepted. Proof of negative Blood test or Skin test for TB within one year prior to start required. Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating traveler is able to work without restrictions.
