Duties
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts & crafts, outdoor play, STEM projects, and group games.
- Supervise children to ensure safety and positive social interactions.
- Assist with meal and snack times, transitions, and daily routines.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment where children can learn and grow.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children?s progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and outdoor areas.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
- Previous experience working with children (school, daycare, summer camp, or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a mixed-aged group in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to various learning styles and needs.
