- Ability to undertake a variety of care tasks and work with a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Implements and directs restorative nursing care as appropriate for each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of care and independence.
- Participates with the interdisciplinary team in the coordination of all patient care needs and services.
