Sandwich and Salad Maker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen setting.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed consistently.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store, is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is desirable.
• Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
