Key Responsibilities
As a Supportive Living Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals in a residential setting. Your role will involve:
- Managing Caseloads: Approach each person with care and empathy, ensuring their needs are met.
- Staff Supervision: Schedule and oversee support staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Training and Resources: Ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Incident Reporting: Timely and accurately report Unusual Incidents (UIs) and Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs).
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to documentation and record-keeping requirements.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for guardians, family members, and the county board.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide care and support.
