Job Summary :
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing the OWE Partner Brand through consistent, high-quality marketing strategies across all digital and offline platforms. This role focuses on solidifying brand identity, increasing marketing output, and aligning the marketing team with OWE's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee branding initiatives, content creation, campaign execution, and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms, driving measurable results in lead generation and brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities : Brand Oversight and Alignment (40%)
Act as the primary point of contact for all brand presence across platforms : Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website, and paid advertisements.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual alignment across all client-facing platforms.Solidify and communicate OWE's Vision and Mission statements across all marketing channels.Develop standardized partner branding guidelines to ensure consistency across external communications.
Content Development and Strategy (30%)
Create and manage an annual content calendar to ensure daily posting and engagement across all platforms.Collaborate with leadership to incorporate company voices into social / digital content.Develop personalized content, including photos, videos, and podcasts, showcasing the OWE Partner Brand authentically.Oversee offshore designers to support content creation & maintain brand standards.
Campaign Execution and Product Rollouts (20%)
Develop clear rollout plans for new products and offerings, internally and externally.Partner with sales and operations teams to standardize go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.Drive marketing campaigns to maximize visibility for product launches, new offerings, and vendor partnerships.
Process Improvement and Reporting (10%)
Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and ROI on marketing efforts.Monitor ad spend, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines, maximizing ROI.Continuously evaluate marketing workflows and tools, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand management or digital marketingExperience managing offshore or remote teams is highly preferred.Proven track record in marketing, social media, and website content, with demonstrated success in paid advertising campaigns.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, and design software.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Technical savvy and responsiveness.
Soft Skills
