Oura is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Coordinator to support our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you’ll manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. What you will do:
- Paid Media Management: support day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, display, and retail media.
- Agency/Partner Management: maintain vendor relationships for relevant channels, ensuring smooth campaign execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
- Support Key Campaigns & Initiatives: guide & support development of media campaigns (briefs, strategy development, vendor selection, budget management, etc.) to incorporate direction from all key stakeholders & deliver success on campaign KPIs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: facilitate relationship-building and communication across marketing, partnerships, finance, legal, etc. to drive shared alignment and visibility.
- Insights & Reporting: utilize reporting tools to track and analyze performance across campaigns, channels, creatives, and more. Share insights with key business partners and make recommendations to drive continuous improvements.
- Team Process & Organization: maintain shared documents to facilitate team organization ie. budget trackers, flowcharts, creative specs, reporting calendar, spend/revenue tracker, etc. and take every opportunity to refine processes to work smarter and more efficiently.
- Growth Opportunities: pursue opportunities to participate in ‘new business’ pitches that expand media partners and channels.
- Media Insights: provide proactive insights on industry trends, emerging strategies, and best practices that can influence broader business objectives and inform other marketing efforts.
This is a remote US role. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns including planning, execution, and measurement.
- Ability to communicate the business value of paid media / advertising.
- Strong process and organizational skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relationship-driven; building credible and trusting relationships with a broad range of colleagues & business partners (internal external).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid media experience, focused on digital channels (i.e. Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, etc).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and measurement.
- A passion for health, wellness, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with omnichannel brands and buying via retail media networks.
- Familiarity with advanced measurement strategies (i.e. incrementality, MMM).

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $88,000 - $110,000
- Region 2: $80,000 - $100,000
- Region 3: $75,000 - $94,000
