Responsibilities – Car Sales:
- Greet customers warmly and attentively, understanding their requirements to match them with a suitable vehicle from our current inventory.
- Conduct engaging test drives, demonstrating vehicle features and technology to potential buyers.
- Adhere to guidelines and best practices for managing internet inquiries to enhance customer interactions.
- Provide assistance and guidance to all customers visiting our showroom.
- Build strong rapport with customers, fostering a network of referrals to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Successfully complete Honda’s training classes and e-modules to obtain and uphold certifications.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,287.71 - $150,894.88 per year
