Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Honda Service Technician to join our team. As part of the Honda brand, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology and a diverse range of reliable, high-performing vehicles. This role is integral to delivering the exceptional service and quality that Honda customers expect.
More about the role
- Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct manufacturer-recommended maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, adhering to Honda's rigorous standards.
- Test drive vehicles and perform post-repair inspections to ensure repairs meet Honda's performance and safety specifications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and services performed, ensuring compliance with Honda warranty and service policies.
- Partner with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide timely, accurate service and build customer trust.
- Occasionally interface with customers to explain necessary repairs, answer questions, and deliver an exceptional Honda service experience.
