Description
Automotive BDC Phone/Internet Sales experience is preferred but willing to train right candidate.
This is not a sales position as your primary focus of your job will involve setting and confirming appointments for the salespeople. To be successful in this position you need to be comfortable with making a minimum of 120 outbound phone calls per day. You will be using ELEADS (customer relationship management database) on a daily basis, and will also need to be well versed in email and be able to learn software applications quickly.
Outstanding phone etiquette and a positive, upbeat attitude will help you to be successful in this position.
Requirements
• Customer service, telephone/call center experience is a plus
• Good computer, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend scripts, policies and procedures
• Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for changing shifts.
