Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rentals while delivering a seamless and professional experience for our customers-from reservation to vehicle return. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner while preparing rental agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Meet or exceed established sales and service standards.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including washing and vacuuming, as needed.
• Monitor and manage vehicle inventory on a daily basis to ensure availability.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a helpful manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs.

What we look for

• Ability to follow defined service and sales processes effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or vehicle rental experience preferred.
• Valid Virginia driver's license required.
