Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to oversee our service department. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- Manage and lead the service department team, including Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Ensure that the service department provides a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the Service Director to set performance goals for the service team and monitor progress, providing coaching and feedback to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure that the service department complies with all regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage the department budget, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
