Key Responsibilities
User Management:
- Verify new users have appropriate Calendar Anything Licenses
- Deactivate users who are no longer with the company and transfer records as necessary
- Create new reports and direct users to existing reports
- Update dashboards and assist users in extracting and analyzing the data they need
- Troubleshoot permission/access issues and resolve error messages encountered by users
- Diagnose and fix bugs, ensuring smooth operation of the Salesforce environment
- Update existing and create new email alerts
- Maintain data integrity by communicating with users regarding missing or inaccurate data and assisting in correcting these errors
- Execute mass uploads/updates of data and transfer ownership of records when necessary
- Document user requests and system bugs using the Salesforce Request Form
- Follow up with users to gather all necessary information to generate detailed tickets
- Prioritize and deploy high priority update requests from the backlog
- Work closely with the Sales Ops Manager to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Support the Patient Support team with data requests and necessary changes in Salesforce
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Expertise:
- Proven experience in administering and managing Salesforce environments, with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, user management, and data integrity practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data imports/exports, and permission settings
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues effectively, including bug fixes and error message resolution
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proven problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly document issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly terms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in documenting processes, user requests, and maintaining clear communication channels with end users
